Upgrade components

Upgrade components are things that can be inserted into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to provide an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is utilized. They can be purchased by players or vendors, looted or obtained as rewards, or created by crafting materials. Alongside providing bonus points, upgrade items can also have cosmetic effects.

Upgrade components include inscriptions enhancements and infusions. They are not generally available for general use and they can only be applied to ascended equipment or some non-ascended weapons from the Factions campaign. Infusions can be recovered and inscriptions from equipment by using an Infusion Extractor Device, or by salvaging with the Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.

Phoenix Boxes unlike other upgrade items can be traded and re-used when still attached to an item they are upgrading. These upgrade items can be used to increase the quality of armor and weapons without spending Dilithium. They can double the chances that the item will receive a high-quality upgrade.

Upgrade components can be added to an item, but the old one is destroyed (except for legendaries and ascended equipment). Upgrade components can only be added to upgraded items with an identification level of zero or greater. The addition of an upgrade to an item that is already equipped with a prefix or suffix upgrade will display the name of the resulting item as it would appear in the game (for example adding an Radiant Insignia to Canthan Armor will cause it to be named Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor). A player can only have three upgrade items at a time.

Glyphs

Glyphs are an excellent addition to any item, because they offer many unique benefits and boosts. Some Glyphs increase the number of affixes that an item has, which increases the power of the item. These glyphs are obtained through completing dungeons. Some are even found in specific World Tier 3 zones. It is important to keep in mind that glyphs can only be used by players who have created a root-dungeon with the same depth.

To use a Glyph it is necessary to create it using components and connect them with anchors. Then the component will automatically align itself to other components and paths within the same layer. If you don't want to build the glyph from components, you can create it by combining paths and anchors. Drag an element close to a component highlighted to snap it into the right spot.

item upgrader  require certain conditions to fulfill, for example having a minimum of 25 Dexterity in a specific region on the Paragon Board. Some require a specific number of Primary Stat nodes to be activated, which can be difficult to attain. Some glyphs have a radius that increases with each level.

Glyphs are used for many different items, and are added to any weapon, except for weapons of specific classes. Some of these glyphs have additional requirements, like an amount of Dexterity damage or Attack damage for a specific portion of the Paragon board.

The Defend Glyph increases the probability of preventing enemy attacks by 5percent. It also has an opportunity to render the Hero vulnerable for two turns.

Some glyphs can also be used on limited use tools, such as the Black Lion Chest and Trading Post. These glyphs are counted towards the Combat Mechanic Achievement.

The most common glyphs in the game are the attack glyphs that increase Artifacts' ATK substats by a fixed value. These glyphs are especially useful for classes that use ranged weapons, such as Warriors or Rogues. The Exploit Glyph can make enemies who hit the Hero vulnerable to damage.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens can be used for rerolling a result rolled during an Action. They are discarded when the reroll happens. Reroll tokens are obtained through a variety of ways, including through the dungeons, raids, and skirmishes. They can also be purchased in the store or from other players. They are particularly beneficial in dungeons or trials, since they allow players to roll rewards from the bottom of the chest.

Recycle point values are provided for items at level 1. When recycle an item, it will add a specific number of points to the gauge for upgrading. This value is based on the rarity of the item and its level. The upgraded item also will not keep its level when rerolled and the cost to recycle an upgraded item increases when its level increases.

The player can also use reroll tokens to roll an item. However, this will not restore the item's original stats or levels. This is a great option for players who want to reroll an item that they don't like but still would like to keep it in their collection.

Three kinds of upgrade coins are available in the game - the reroll, the randomly generated, and upgrade. Each type has a few subtypes. Reroll tokens, for instance, come in three categories of rarity: legendary, rare and enhanced. Each level requires an item from the respective level to make the new item of that level.

To use reroll tokens, right-click on the Satanic or Angelic item in the inventory and select "Reroll Token". Then, select a kind of token. The tokens available include Item, Weapons, Misc, 1hguns, 2hguns, and Focus. Utilizing an Item token will produce an entirely new Item of any type. A Weapon or Misc token produces a new weapon belonging to the same faction.

The item could also be upgraded to a new item that has the same stats but is at a higher level. This is likely to occur if the item has been placed in the Non-Droppable Pool or was transferred to it as part of the franchise card.
